Is there a subscription fee for VINOX?
No - visit our JOIN US page, or email us if you want to join. Upon confirmation of your information, your membership account will be created. You may then login to our website to view our members only information about upcoming and past events.
What do I need to do to register for an event?
You must be a member to register for our events. After you login into our members only area, you will see information on our past and upcoming events. If an event interests you, just send us an email and let us know. If there is still availability, we will send you payment information.
Can I reorder wine from a past event?
Yes - once you are a member of VINOX, just send us an email and let us know what wine you would like to reorder. We will get in touch with you for further details.
What if I no longer want to be a member? Are there penalties?
You may discontinue your membership with VINOX whenever you wish simply by emailing us. Membership is free.
How can I place an order?

We offer free delivery within Hong Kong (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories) for orders over HKD$1,200 (or 6 bottles net), otherwise a HKD $70 delivery fee applies
What is the payment method?
Payment may be made via bank transfer (Hang Seng Bank),cheque by mail or credit card via Paypal (3% service fee applies), and it is due upon receipt of invoice.
Can I pay by COD?
We cannot accept cash or check on delivery because the delivery team is independent from our company and cannot take payment for our behalf.
Can you reserve wines for me?
Wines cannot be reserved, and they are offered on a first-come first-served basis, subject to remaining unsold. All wines are confirmed with payment on receipt of invoice.
Title to all wine remains with VINOX until paid for in full.
Can I get my packages shipped directly to my home or office?
Packages can only be shipping to a residential or work address, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Someone of legal age over 18 years will need to accept the delivery and may be asked for ID if they look under 18 years of age.
Why does someone over the age of 18 have to sign for delivery?
It is required by law that someone over the age of 18 sign to receive the wine, since wine is a controlled alcoholic beverage.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, most of the New Territories and Discovery Bay. Certain parts of Hong Kong (e.g. outlying islands) are outside the delivery coverage. For more information, please refer to https://hk.ta-q-bin.com/chi/files/service_area_list.pdf.
When can I expect my wine to arrive?
We ensure the perfect provenance of our wines, we ship ex-chateau whenever possible. We will notify you upon confirmation from the winery. Once we have received the wines, we will dispatch the wines to you.
What if my wine is damaged?
All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be logged at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery. Contact us immediately at info@vinoxhk.com and we will assist you.
Will you provide my email address to other companies?
VINOX does not share, rent, or disclose your email address to other companies, with the exception of our shippers, which use your email address to send you important tracking information. Please refer to our Privacy section for more information.
